I never saw myself as a person who would relate to energy work/ healing. I am considerably stubborn and always thought I was confident in where I was headed in life...I could not have been more wrong. Life quickly became more stressful and I just was not moving forward, I felt quite lost and very frustrated, not too mention out of control. I kept trying to do things the same way and of course getting the same results.
After knowing Debbie for 5 years now, her quirky thinking started to grow on me and I finally decided to give it a try. I was of course skeptical, but curious and Debbie explained that this was not about religious beliefs but channeling our own spiritual being. Journey Healing is an amazing experience that helped me let go of things from my past that I was allowing to define me in my present which was holding me back from my future. I learned that I needed to let other people walk their own journey and stay true to where I need to be. And...that I was not ever in control.
I now look at myself from a standpoint of love and acceptance while learning to filter and let go of those things that were holding me back, all which has helped me to find a new direction in my life. Now, to me, life is much like taking a road trip in a car. We all have that small review mirror to glance in to see where we have been but now I look through that big windshield at what there is yet to experience.

There are so many things going through my head today. I feel like I need to tell you that I have an incredible relief and "freeness" (don't know if that's a word!). Already today, I'm seeing my life differently and thinking about everything in a whole new light. This has been the most significant change in me...and I thought we had already done so much previously!

My personal journey with Debbie into changing, learning and growing into a better "me" has been life changing.
